Beetroot koshambir with peanut and curd

Beetroot koshambir is colorful and tasty salad.
It's a very easy recipe if you have peanut pd and jeera pd in your pantry.

1 cup curd
1/4 cup beetroot pieces (  pressure cook, cool and peel the skin, cut into bits )
1-2 tbsp peanut powder (roast, peel and powder the peanuts)
1 tsp roasted and powdered jeera

Take curd in a bowl. Beat it to remove any lumps.
Add boiled, peeled and finely chopped beetroot pieces.
Sprinkle roasted and peeled peanut powder, jeera pd and salt.
Mix just before serving.
Color gets deep pink if kept for longer time.
