How to clean mushrooms-
Here are some mushroom recipes that I cook-
1. This is from Tarla Dalal. For the roll I add 1/4 cup maida (all purpose flour) to 3/4 cup whole wheat flour.
2. This is Pasta in Spinach and mushroom sauce. I will post the recipe shortly.
3. Mushroom soup thickened with oatmeal.
4. Dingri dulma by Chef Jigs Kalra - Dry spicy mushroom with colored capsicums.
5. Mushroom biryani.
